An update from HMLR
HM Land Registry will discuss the journey that HMLR is on to receive, validate, and process digital applications, focussed on delivering a more effective and efficient application process for conveyancers. They’ll be providing an update on the success of the Digital by Default campaign launched in November 2022 and how the campaign’s innovative ethos is shaping the future HM Land Registry customers services across all channels and application types.
The session will also cover:
- How work continues to build on the opportunity that digital applications provide, including benefits of sharing and validating data to support a reduction in requisitions.
- New features and APIs delivered within HMLR’s digital channels over the past 12 months, and what is being planned for the coming year.
- An update on automated registration and how HMLR are working with industry to ideate, design and deliver services to enable certain applications to be automated.
