Louise Edwardes

Louise is our Head of Product and oversees the design and development of InfoTrack’s suite of multi award-winning Products; including our ground-breaking automated Property Report and our AP1 solution that has been used to update the Land Registry on over one million applications. She studied Physical Geography before working, joining us in 2015 as a HelpDesk Administrator in our Woking office.

At that point Lou just wanted a permanent role to give her some financial stability and an opportunity to progress. After 10 months Lou moved over to be an Account Manager working closely with our clients to help them get the most out of our platform.

Two and a half years later she made the move into Product Management to start working with developers in scoping and prioritising new features. Three years on, and Lou’s excellent work and dedication resulted in her promotion to head up InfoTrack UK’s Product team.

The thing she’s most proud of is “being able to grow the department, from just myself, to an amazing team of 6... with all the Product Managers at InfoTrack having been promoted from other roles internally or joining us from the industry”.

She goes on to say “It's rare to find a company that's so invested in its people, and so encouraging of internal promotion and development. I wouldn't be where I am today, without this support”. Looking ahead Lou wants to “support other women in Product Management and help those in my teams progress in their careers and grow”.

Kelly Cutler

Kelly has been with InfoTrack UK since the beginning, progressing through roles in both Customer Service and Account Management. In that time she’s seen an array of innovative new products brought to market. and She always gets a kick out of seeing our products growing and hitting new milestones – “Doing our 1,000,000th digital API submission for clients recently was definitely a highlight”. But the biggest thing for Kelly is the people "We have a great team and great clients all working together to achieve the same thing”.

In 2021 Kelly returned from maternity leave to take on an important new role: Knowledge Manager. As we continue to grow rapidly we have more internal and external stakeholders, so it’s essential to ensure that everyone from colleagues to clients are supported with the right information and training. Kelly is overseeing this function and helping us maintain the smartness and agility of a smaller business as we grow into a bigger one.

Ravi Ahluwalia

Ravi was born in the US before moving to the UK as a child; he retains a love of American sports, particularly basketball. Originally joining us in a part time role as our Barista in the Waterloo office Ravi was working to support himself while studying Finance at the University of Essex. Ravi’s ambition, talent and great cultural fit was evident from the beginning. After 3 months making sure the team were well caffeinated throughout the day Ravi joined us full time as a Property Search Analyst.

We won't lie, it was a bittersweet moment for InfoTrack’s coffee lovers, but everyone was delighted he was making the move. While impressing in this role Ravi has actually decided he wants to work more closely with our clients and would like to develop his career in account management. He applied for an open role in the team and was successful. He describes finding out he’d got the promotion as his “best moment at InfoTrack and the highlight of my career so far”.

Ravi’s role now is supporting a portfolio of law firms to help them get the most out of the InfoTrack platform. When asked what he likes most about being here Ravi says “It’s the culture and people - the environment created here is very special and something you can feel as soon as you join”.

Aleena Iqbal

Aleena has a BA in Business Management from the University of East London. Throughout her time studying she also worked in retail, honing her sales, customer service and interpersonal skills.

At the start of 2022 Aleena joined the InfoTrack team as a Sales Coordinator. It was a big change, but Aleena was “intrigued by the way InfoTrack works with conveyancers” and excited to test herself with a new career opportunity. She supported the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams brilliantly, demonstrating great organisational and analytical skills, helping ensure that we handle client enquiries quickly and efficiently. Her best moment in the role was successfully completing a challenging data project and being recognised for her achievements by the senior executives in the business.

Her talent and hard work earned her the opportunity to move into InfoTrack’s very successful sales team and in February ’23 she was promoted to Business Development Manager.

Predictably she’s off to a flying start and it didn’t take long for Aleena to help her first new client start using the InfoTrack platform. Aleena says she feels motivated in her new role and wants "to introduce as many new clients to InfoTrack as possible because it’s a product that really works”.

Nuno Barbosa

Nuno studied Law at the University of Westminster graduating with first class honours and attaining several certificates of excellence in his time there. He also worked in Security while studying, before taking an internship with a law firm. In May ‘21 he joined InfoTrack’s eCOS support team that specialises in assisting law firms with the ‘digital onboarding’ of their clients. This includes data gathering, biometric ID checks, AML searches, and Source of Funds information.

Looking back Nuno says: “I wasn’t sure that becoming a solicitor was the right path for me, so I was always open-minded about different paths in my career. I was interested in legal technology and I wanted was to explore new ways of using my law degree”. After just 6 months Nuno was promoted to Team Leader as he continued to provide first class customer assistance while also supporting and helping his colleagues.

In May ’22 he was promoted again making the move into the Product team as a Quality Analyst, which he describes as his best moment at InfoTrack so far: “I was happy to have been given the opportunity to work closely with the development team and help improve the eCOS product, as that became my main interest during my time in Support. Being given such responsibility made me feel like the company really trusts me”.

When asked what he likes most about working for InfoTrack Nuno says:The main thing is the people that I work with. Both during my time in Support and now with the Quality Team, I always felt comfortable with everyone. Working with highly motivated and supportive people helps me stay focused and inspires me to do my best to meet their expectations as well. I feel like there is a good balance between the serious tech talk and the more friendly, personal conversations that helps with boosting the team's morale”.

Nuno is also a professional gamer, competing internationally in Tekken 7 tournaments, and even has a few wins to his name. Truly a digital blackbelt.

Simon Hounsell

Simon is an accomplished software developer, based in our Woking office. He builds and supports our client onboarding tech and many of the sophisticated internal systems that we build from scratch to set ourselves apart from the competition. Simon joined InfoTrack in 2018 as a Software Engineer having previously been working in a similar role for a company that specialised in developing technology for the financial services sector, including payments, banking, and anti-fraud software.

Simon says of his decision: “I joined InfoTrack because I saw it as an opportunity to grow in an area of software development that I’d never had an opportunity to explore professionally before,” he also adds: “I wanted to work for a company that would foster personal development and career growth – both of which are areas that I have really grown in, which has been so rewarding”.

One of Simon’s biggest achievements since joining was as part of the team that build out in-house Local Authority Search management systems. This bespoke technology has delivered huge operational and quality control efficiencies and helped power the growth of one of the core areas of our business. Less than two years after joining, Simon’s consistently strong contributions saw him promoted to Senior Software Engineer. He’s now focused on helping us build ‘the next big thing’ that will make a difference to our clients.

Reflecting on the things he most likes about InfoTrack, Simon comments: “I’ve loved working for a company which has seen such amazing growth in recent years, and acknowledges and celebrates the efforts of the team that enables this growth”.
